Our Story
Donatelli & Coules, Ltd. was established by Mark Donatelli and Peter Coules, Jr. in December, 1994. Mark and Peter have been practicing law together in Hinsdale since that time. Patrick C. McGinnis joined the Firm as an associate attorney in July, 2016, and is a partner as of July, 2022, R. Matthew Schroeder joined the Firm as a partner in May, 2023, and Kathleen M. McGovern joined the Firm as an associate attorney in February, 2020.
The Firm's attorneys, Mark Donatelli, Peter Coules, Jr., Patrick C. McGinnis, R. Matthew Schroeder, and Kathleen M. McGovern, have extensive experience in the practice areas of: estate planning; probate and trust administration; corporate and business transactions; and real estate transactions and zoning matters.
